Navigating the world of nutrition can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. At In Bloom Nutrition, my mission is to make nutrition simple, sustainable, and empowering—so you can feel your best from the inside out.

At In Bloom Nutrition, the focus is simple: helping women nourish their bodies, find balance, and feel their best from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating health concerns, looking to refresh your eating habits, or just trying to make sense of the overwhelming world of nutrition, I’m here to guide you.
What Sets a Registered Dietitian Apart?
Registered Dietitians (RDs) are not just nutrition obsessed—they are highly trained healthcare professionals. To earn the RD credential, one must complete a rigorous academic and professional path:
Bachelor’s Degree: A foundation in nutrition, biology, chemistry, and behavioral sciences.
Accredited Dietetic Internship: Over 1,000 hours of supervised practice in clinical, community, and food service settings.
Comprehensive Exam: Testing advanced knowledge in medical nutrition therapy, food science, and counseling strategies.
Many dietitians, like (future) me, go even further by earning advanced degrees to deepen their expertise. This training equips RDs with the knowledge to address everything from chronic diseases to preventive health with science-backed solutions. I happen to have my Master's degree in Nutrition Science (my favorite subject).
Where Do Registered Dietitians Work?
RDs play a critical role in improving lives through nutrition in diverse settings, including:
Clinical Settings: Collaborating with healthcare teams to manage chronic illnesses, help patients recover from surgery, or improve health outcomes.
Community Programs: Educating the public on healthier eating and disease prevention.
Sports Nutrition: Enhancing athletic performance and recovery.
Food Service Management: Ensuring large-scale operations meet dietary and food safety standards.
Private Practice: Like In Bloom Nutrition, where individualized care and empowerment are most important.
No matter the setting, the goal is always the same: to enhance quality of life through better nutrition.
Personalized Nutrition for Your Goals
At In Bloom Nutrition, I take an individualized approach to help you feel your best. Through services like personalized meal plans and one-on-one counseling, I’ll work with you to:
Manage weight or specific health conditions.
Improve athletic performance and recovery.
Address dietary restrictions or food sensitivities.
Create sustainable, balanced habits that work for your lifestyle.
Your journey to success will be tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
More Than Just Counseling
In Bloom Nutrition is about more than improving what’s on your plate—it’s about building community and connection. Alongside counseling, I offer:
Free Intro Consultations: To get started with ease and confidence.
Group Coaching and Accountability: Because health is easier (and more fun!) when you’re not doing it alone.
Why Work with a Registered Dietitian?
With so much misinformation about nutrition, having a guide you can trust is essential. As an RD, I can help you:
Debunk myths about fad diets and quick fixes.
Understand the connection between food, hormones, and overall wellness.
Build habits that are both realistic and rewarding.
Ready to Bloom?
Health isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding balance and embracing the process. If you’re ready to feel at home in your body and create habits that let you bloom from the inside out, I’d love to work with you.
Let’s make your journey to health rewarding, manageable, and uniquely yours. Reach out today to get started!
xoxo,
Bailey
